Scope of Work — Rev B Phase Breakdown (Confirmed)
Sequenced per the confirmed FFAC schedule (Rev B). Five phases, Aug 21 → Sep 21, 2026. Mobilization & concrete work first with early daytime starts to keep noise down; asphalt removal and crack repair second; a single-day concrete prep window; then Lot C milling / paving / Polyguard; and finally a lot-closed weekend for wheel stops & striping across all 3 lots, capped by the final walk-through with Sam and team. Schedule excludes weather delays.
Phase 1 — Mobilization & Concrete Work
- Fri Aug 21: FFAC mobilization to site — equipment, staging setup, MOT devices & port-o-let / handwash station in place
- Mon–Wed Aug 24–26: Concrete work — crews start as early as possible each day to minimize noise near County business hours
- Tue Aug 25: Forming inspection (tentative — coordinated with County)
- Thu Aug 27: Finish-pour inspection
- SWPPP (silt fence, inlet protection) verified in place before soil disturbance
Phase 2 — Asphalt Removal & Crack Repair

- Continued daily SWPPP inspections
Phase 3 — Final Concrete Prep
- Tue Sep 8: FFAC returns to site for any final lot concrete prep work identified during Phase 1 forming/finish inspections or Phase 2 crack fill
- If no additional concrete prep is needed, this phase is skipped and the schedule slides forward accordingly
- Buffer week (Sep 9–12) between Phase 3 and Phase 4 allows cure + weather window before Lot C paving
Phase 4 — Lot C Milling, Paving & Polyguard
- Tue Sep 15 (DAY): Lot C milling of existing surface + base work + selective grubbing
- Wed Sep 16 (DAY — NOISY): Lot C paving — County notified in advance so tenants can plan around the noise window
- Thu night Sep 17 → Fri Sep 18 (NIGHT): Polyguard membrane installation and paving — night work to keep the lot usable during business hours
- Rolling & compaction per FDOT spec — breakdown / intermediate / finish rollers
- Cure time before opening to traffic
Phase 5 — Wheel Stops, Striping & Closeout
- Sat–Sun Sep 19–20 — LOT CLOSED (weekend): Wheel stop installation + pavement marking across all 3 lots (A, B, C) — requires the full lot closure so paint can cure without traffic
- Mon Sep 21: Final walk-through with Sam & the team

- Site cleanup, demobilization, as-built submission

Project Documents
Documents are filed in a folder tree — Master Templates at the top (blank forms), then Week 1–6 matched to the Rev A schedule dates, each with Sun–Sat sub-buckets. Weekly certified payroll, sign-in sheets, safety meetings, SWPPP inspections, permits, insurance certificates, and RFI responses all live here.
The chips below filter by category across every folder in the tree.
